Biomedical Research Victoria (BioMedVic) is the premier voice for linking medical research to clinical care in Victoria. We represent over 75 per cent of Victoria’s 25,000-strong community of scientists and clinicians working in our member network of universities, academic hospitals, medical research institutes, CSIRO and other organisations.

BioMedVic’s think tanks facilitate the exchange of knowledge and sector intelligence between key opinion leaders while our programs bridge the gap between researchers and policy makers and up-skill the next generation of scientists.

BioMedVic drives biomedical innovation and translation by ensuring the collective voice of the Victorian health and medical research community is heard by government and by creating synergies across the sector towards stronger research, skills, employment, investment and growth.
